3 Shute Park, Malborough, South Devon

3 Shute Park is our holiday home in Malborough, South Devon, for use by family and friends.

Malborough is a small village, around a mile and a half from the sea, with mostly locally owned houses and two excellent pubs. It is less than 2 miles from the popular sailing village of Salcombe, and close to the seaside villages of Hope Cove and Thurstone and the town of Kingsbridge. For walkers, the South West Coastal Path is close by, with fantastic cliff walks from Soar Mill Cove to Salcombe or Hope Cove.

Our house has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room, overlooking fields and countryside. There is an enclosed garden, which is safe for children and dogs. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, two with double beds and one with bunk beds, together with a bathroom and a separate shower room. Downstairs there is an additional bedroom with two single beds and en-suite toilet and shower.
